Our Three Core Pillars

Talent Attraction
Many girls may not yet be aware of the vast possibilities that technology offers. Our goal is to not only break down stereotypes, but to also showcase the real-world applications of tech across a variety of fields. We want to inspire girls to envision themselves as innovators and problem-solvers who can use technology to make a positive impact in their lives, careers, and the digital economy, encouraging them to shape a brighter future.

Talent Retainment
We understand that the initial spark of interest in tech can sometimes fade due to various challenges. That’s why our programmes and workshops are designed to keep girls engaged and motivated. We provide the resources and support they need to expand their skillsets and build confidence in their abilities. By fostering a collaborative and encouraging environment, we help girls learn from one another, discover their unique talents, and unlock their potential within the tech field.

Talent Development
Building a successful career in tech requires the right guidance and support. We connect our members with inspiring female tech professionals who serve as role models. Through our mentorship programmes and networking events, members gain invaluable insights into the industry, explore diverse career paths, and develop the skills needed to thrive. This empowers them to make informed decisions about their futures and confidently embrace the challenges of the tech world.
